2. Purpose of processing

Personal data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing contact and enquiry requests received through the website.
  • Providing access to content, diagnostic tools and downloadable resources.
  • Sending commercial communications related to Synedria's services, subject to express acceptance.
  • Managing the commercial relationship with prospects and clients.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the following legal grounds under Art. 6 GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): applicable to data collected through contact forms, diagnostic tools and commercial communications. The user gives consent by completing and submitting the relevant form.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): applicable to outbound B2B commercial prospecting directed at individuals acting in a professional capacity or on behalf of a company. In such cases, the data subject may object to processing at any time.

4. Data retention

Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship, or until the user requests its deletion. Once the relationship ends, data will be blocked for the legally required periods before permanent deletion.

5. Recipients and data processors

Data is not shared with third parties for their own purposes, except by legal obligation. However, the following technology providers are used as data processors under contract and with appropriate guarantees:

HubSpot, Inc.

Contact management and CRM. Headquartered in Cambridge, MA (USA). International transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Netlify, Inc.

Website hosting and deployment. Headquartered in San Francisco, CA (USA). International transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Google LLC (Google Fonts)

Web font service. Fonts are loaded from Google servers. International transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in the United States. Such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, in accordance with Art. 46.2.c GDPR.

7. User rights

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access to personal data.
  • Rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure of data.
  • Restriction of or objection to processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
