We do not work in retail, we do not work in B2C, and we do not do generic strategy. Every project we start is within the perimeter where we have direct experience and verifiable results: construction materials, manufacturers and distributors. Specialization is not a marketing argument. It is what ensures that we will not learn at your company's expense.
No juniors, no subcontracting
The person who evaluates the project is the same person who delivers it. There is no sales team selling and a separate delivery team executing. Each client works directly with the partners who have 25 years of experience. Continuity and rigor are not delegated.
The new processes stay in the company
The objective is not the final report or the action plan. The objective is that, when we finish, the company has its own commercial management system: indicators, processes and discipline that work without our presence. We build so that we are no longer needed.

More than 25 years on the front line of sales: commercial and general management in industrial and B2B service companies. He has managed teams of hundreds of people and led pricing and commercial model transformations in companies with revenues between €100M and €250M, moving EBITDA from negative levels to 17% in 7 years. He founded Synedria with a clear conviction: companies do not need more strategy — they need someone who has solved the same problem before and knows how to implement processes and tools together with the management team.

Why companies from €20M to €250M lose margin without realizing it
Companies in this size range face a specific problem: they are too large to operate by intuition, but too small to have the management structure of a corporation.
The result is a commercial model that works, but that systematically and silently loses 2 to 3 EBITDA points.
They do not lose those points because of operational inefficiency.
